I upgraded to the newest version of WordPress earlier today, I wont go on about its features because I’m sure by now you’ll have read about them on a hundred different sites. Its not really new to me anyway. I’ve had the beta version running on local host since it was released. I was planning a post on it but I’m a bit slow at doing things at the moment. Probably because I’ve spent all my time on my desktop, which is reserved exclusively for Maya and other uni work which requires lots of ‘on’ time for rendering and such.
At last I have finished my Maya. I’ve burnt it all to CD and its ready to hand in when I go up to uni on Friday. All that remains is for me to actually remember to pick it up!
RSS subscribers wont have noticed this but I’ve also put up a new (proper) layout. Click here to see it. The last layout I put up was to stop be getting angry with the layout that I did have. I can’t keep the same layout for very long.
I actually went all out on this layout – which means I edited the html as well as the images and css!
I did the bulk today with a slight dominoes, Simpson’s Movie, grand designs and desperate housewives interruption.
There’s a few bugs to iron out – which you may see if your in safari, and no doubt internet explorer (which I don’t have). The little ones I’ve already done but the glaringly obvious ones – the nav at the top ‘floating’ and the stupid gamma problem in safari will be sorted soon. The former as soon as I figure out what the hell makes it do that and the latter when photoshop stops being a rogue process and using up all my memory. hmph.
I’m sure I’ll be changing the header soon but I was feeling summery when I walked up to uni the other day so I thought I’d make a summery eruanna. 
I’m feeling a bit of a cold coming on. This is what happens when your house mates boyfriend coughs all around the house, probably all over your lettuce. Mr. I’m going to slam doors at 10 after your night out because I think I can wake you up – sorry mate, been up since 8. pwned.

I’ll have you know I use the word the correctly, and it actually changes to thee when i’m working (i’m a waiter). It’s very odd.

Hi Han! About the comment on my post, yes, I use wordpress. What exactly should I change in the functions.php file? The only problem I have is that whenever I post using Wordpress, the smilies are there but when I click it, the alternative symbols like :) are the ones that appear.
