Some people love it some hate it, the subscribe to comments plugin.
I always make sure nothings ticked, but evidently for one blog even if you wanted to subscribe to one post you get subscribed to the last 6 entries regardless and you get a barrage of emails you don’t want. (incidentally I don’t remember seeing a box being ticked when I submitted)

I had that problem a while ago, actually. It taught me to stay away from websites who have the box already ticked in. If I see a website like that, I just don’t comment anymore.
I hate when that happens. And when people insist to have the subscribe to comments box checked all the time…

One of the baines of my life is people who leave the comment box checked, and I get clobbered with a post. Not fun!
