I’ve finished my maya assignment :P yay! Remember I showed you my work in progress, well several hours/days later (ie last night) I was finished, just had to render it and the bastard thing crashed. As it crashed it corrupted the file and I lost the whole fucking lot. Words cannot describe my anger at that point. Scarily though I managed to redo the entire thing in like half an hour.
I took it into electronics today and to my horror their advertising of “we have unlimited maya” is bollocks, theres 2 machines running it and their in the post grad room, so I had to redo my bunnies fur and make it plain white, grr.
But still its done and it looks terrible! I couldn’t do my trees, my grass or my fur so I had to settle for textures which are awful. ugh.
Now that I know how to model though I’m wanting to try out a person or something - so thats my afternoon sorted.

Hey Han sorry to hear about the crash… my laptop gets it all the time, so I’m kinda used to it. That forces me to frantically save whatever Im working on everytime my laptop starts to slowdown or the track on my iTunes starts to jump XP but woah you must be some genius or something for getting things back on track in a mere 30+ minutes. That’s truly awesome :chick:
