That’s awesome. I want a DS, but I’m saving up for a pink Gameboy SP. My current GBSP is red and it’s broken. And I need to finish Pokemon Rescue. hehe

Oh good luck with the “inquiry”! ooo the white ds lite is so pretty. I want one a lot. but I have played markio kart and it’s very fun on there. So if you get a game that one is always fun. :)

My bro has a DS and I kidnapped that whenever we were at my parents. He has tons of games on it, including Brain Age - it’s a really cool program and you can definitely make some progress if you do it every day. A similar game is Big Brain Academy, that’s more for fun and not a real every-day program.

Other great games were Trauma Center, Mario Kart or Nintendogs :D

I’m not as keen on the Lite as I am on the normal DS because I find it too small for my fat fumbly fingers. I am slightly biased, being the owner of a boring grey second-hand DS though.. heh.

Animal Crossing is great but it becomes VERY addictive. Unfortunately after putting in hours of work on my town and getting it full of flowers I ended up doing a major project for a client at work and not playing for ages so my flowers died, which pissed me off :S

Anyway, don’t get Harvest Moon DS (in case you were considering it) - it’s not as good as the Gamecube version (if you’ve ever played that?) I would recommend the Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2 game though.. cute, and puzzle-like with my little Italian hero! :D

If you ever played Theme Park on the SNES, there’s the remake of that for the DS but I don’t know if I love it or hate it yet. Erm, other than that there’s the various mario games of which I’ve completed those that I own because they’re so easy.

So, yes.. heehee, this is a long comment :3

Congrats on the new nintendo. I think those things are neat but I don’t ever play enough games to buy one for myself.

I hope things work out for you with the potential job. I’m more about macs now, too. Before getting an iMac I was all “psh, macs suck” until I actually TRIED one. They’re so superior to PCs in my opinion, now.

I’m not really fond of the DS. I like the PSP, though. Buuut the only games I like for the DS are Animal Crossing (which you mentioned) and Feel the Magic, which gets kind of annoying after awhile. It’s fun though.
