Our internet just cut out two days ago, i’ve called them up for like half an hour the last two days but I really don’t have time to just sit and listen to musak - I have a documentary to film! I spoke to a nice man this morning though and its now fixed. Made me feel stupid though seeing as I’d already done everything he told me too!

Our documentary is going well, we spoke to someone from the council yesterday whose more than happy for us to come back and film him, hes even going to arrange for us to film the refuse trucks collecting waste. It was scary how well he knew his figures but I guess you have too. Its fascinating finding out what happens to your local waste and recycling. We’re planning on doing some cut aways at the local dump too.

I had a practise run at making pancakes tuesday night when I had the house to my self. It was less than successful. I did make two good ones but when I flipped them over they turned out like the first attempt! (a mess!)

A friend came round on wednesday and I made 4 perfectly formed pancakes. I would have eaten them had I not been feeling unbelievably sick, like I am today, hence why I’m not at uni.

pancakes

I’ve improved since Rhys and I made them last year! Less shouting too!

I’m giving up wheat, dairy and sugar for lent! Well maybe not sugar seeing as I just ate 3 m&ms. I had to lie down afterwards I felt so sick but they were good!

It’s cool that you decided to make a documentary. I hope everything goes well with it.
Pancakes are hard to make, I guess practice makes perfect though. :) Good job.

The documentary you’re doing sounds really interesting. I would hope the contact you have would know his stuff, I mean he’s gotta be the expert, right? Your pancakes look yummay.

I was most surprised to see you in the Mail on Sunday today (Scottish ed). Vicarious fame at last, a blogger I’ve read in a national newspaper….

(I must point out that it was the in-laws paper, not mine. I prefer Andrex….)
