I’ve finished my exams! I didn’t do too well on this mornings one but who cares - they’re over! And just in time too. I have a week to get a new dress for the Summer Ball. If I fail my exams it’ll be because my housemates and I spent a whole evening trying on all the dresses we own and all deciding their hideous and that we need new ones! Annoyingly I’m the only one left now who needs a new one! grr. Ah well House Shop tomorrow and if that fails blue water next week!

I hope I can wear my new shoes though! I’m wearing them this Saturday. The theme is anything begining with ’s’, I’m going as the sea side. I’m going to be spending most of tomorrow making sea creatures out of sculpey!!

My new duvet cover from ikea - I love it!

Typically on the day of my last exam we get awful weather. My TV signal has now gotten to the point where I can’t watch any TV channels at all.

That was BBC this morning. It was the only channel I was receiving any signal on. I cant get any other channels other than BBC1, 2 and 3 and Cbeebies but they were all pixelly too. The sound is low because it was 7 oclock and people were asleep.

When the UK does its big switch over we’re screwed - in Kent I mean. Our radio signal and analog tv signal is poor enough as it is - but the state of my digital is appalling! Typically I’m the only person in the house with a digital tv. I’m gonna have to get my landlord to upgrade the arial - he can do it when the sky man comes!

You guys are converting to Digital too, eh!? I thought we were the only ones! As of Feb 09, we’re fucked - well, the people still using crappy signals are! We already have digital cable, so it won’t really be an impact for us. Others have to buy converter boxes, etc.

Cooking, tan lines and now shoes? This is becoming a VERY girlie blog :-)

Our summer balls were always awesome - who have they got playing/DJ-ing?

As for the TV signal: If the Sky man is coming, why don’t you get a box for your room!?! Only £10 a month (which you could make by extensive advertising on your blog - ask Rhys how, heh heh heh) and then you’ll always have top quality picture except when there is thunder, lightening and/or frogs falling from the sky.

If you’ve bought a new TV within the last 4 years here it’ll probably work fine - our one in the living room has digital and analogue freeview!
Its just that in canters they can’t broadcast at full strength cos we’re so close to france. I can see it from the beach!
