I believe its time for my easter post! It was only a whole week ago but never mind! How was your easter? Mine would have been better if I weren’t still at uni. We don’t finish until next friday - on top of that I still have smegging lectures!

My parents came down on easter sunday bearing gifts of chocolatey bunny goodness. What made it even better was that the previous week my dad had been skiing in switzerland - swiss chocolate, mmm. Problem was, he had to bring back the chocolate in his suitcase….

Lets all mourn the bunny, for hes now in my tummy!

They also bought prosh chocolate and cupcakes (which the bunnies are sitting on).

The cupcakes are from the new Delia Smith book How to cheat at cooking. And tbh their pretty nasty! They’d be fine if they didn’t have spices in them, I can even forgive the frozen mashed potatoe at least that keeps them moist. I managed to find one person at uni who’ll eat them, and thats only because of the amount of chocolate in them! (she’s a major chocoholic!)

My parents and I went into town to Marlowes, texmex, a weird cuisine for easter sunday but never the less it was good to eat meat again! I take every opportunity I can get seeing as its so expensive. I only ever buy freerange/organic. Hence why I live on veggies!

Since then I’ve nearly finished my maya - I’ll be showing it all off to you soon enough! It looks terrible but I’m oh so proud of it :P

I finally put up a new layout, its only a quicky to cross it off my todo list :P

Theres a few things that need working on but other than that I’m pretty happy with it. Now all I need to do is redo apricot13 and femgeek. I still don’t have a purpose for femgeek.

This week has been nice and quiet thank god, apart from writing up the report that goes with my documentary which is proving to be a bit of a bitch to co-ordinate. I’ve still got a hell of a lot of maya to do.

I’ve done my smoke scene and inside a blood cell - both of which are to do with particles, I’ve also finished the actual animation for my walking and running skeleton (ew). All that remains is texturing my model of a woman (if anyone knows how to do this, I need all the help I can get!) and doing a ten second character animation of a demony thing! I’ve chosen to animate him tap dancing, now if only I could remember how to import avi’s into maya - woe! I filmed my housemate dancing tehe!

I’ve watched sky travel shop since 10am this morning, I’m going insane. Off out tonight though should be fun!

I have to say I’ve had a pretty exciting week this week. Good and Bad! It started off terrible, our documentary had NO order whatsoever, I stayed late on Wednesday and sorted it out and actually managed to get an order to it, on Thursday I ran it past the rest of the group and we did the narration. I wrote and starred in the narration myself so now you can all hear my horrendous accent! 8 years of speech and drama, elocution lessons and being forced to give speeches to varying amounts of people have paid off!

It was all handed in before the deadline and I couldn’t be happier. I now have to write a 20 page report however. Not looking forward to that one. I also have another mammoth project due in in three weeks!

This Friday was the Kent Dance Show, my house mate organised and starred in it - she was fantastic! (and I’m not just saying that lol!) We went out the Friday night and then again on the Saturday which was an absolutely fantastic night! Studio 41 plays the best music. My house mates brother came down and he decided to make us do silly things - I’m a bad drunk in that the drunker I get the more self conscious I am and I’m a rubbish dancer and don’t like to be put on the spot so I felt more than a little silly but hey - I was drunk!

We all had to sit down at one point after doing two Strawpedos in a row. I say two for the others I was doing it with, I failed impressively at both - I just can’t drink fast! I’m going to practise!

Felt a little fragile this morning, a road trip to maccidees was in order. Egg fried rice for dinner methinks :)

But without further ado my excellent narration skills (LOL) and some very hard work from all of my group! The logo will be up on my portfolio when I’ve done the new layout! Stay tuned for out takes after the credits!
