I have mixed feelings about deviantart I’ve also had mixed experiences. I don’t think many people take it seriously. Its such a huge site with a vast array of good and bad work. You really have to digg deep to come up with some real beauties, but when you do, boy are they gooduns! I dare you to Browse the Artwork! Its even funnier if you visit the stock categories!

Embarrassing stock photos aside I’ve been a member of DA for a few years now. (The sites still no easier to navigate btw!) One thing I’ve noticed is how undervalued deviantart is as a resource site. Not only is it full of great inspiration but it has a nice little resource category hidden away!

Here follows some of my favourite DA resources!

Be sure to look at the other categories!

Don’t worry, I hate these posts too, give me something else to post about!?

I’ve been doing faaaar too much shopping lately. You know your getting old when you actually spend time in the cooking department and get excited over all the little gadgets they have in there! (And also when your hip hurts but that’s another matter!) I’ve wanted one of these for ages, its basically a silicone shape you put it in a frying pan to make an egg with, I’m sure you could use it for other things too though but look, starry fried eggs!

I’ve also bought too many clothes, another bag, jewellry and a hat! Have some gratuitous emo photos to show you some of them!

hehe, I do love my hat! and of course my necklace doesn’t point you in the direction of my cleavage and I’m not going to see if that makes any difference in my visitors ;)!

I’ve been studying these photos and I have to say, I’m worried about my photoshop skills! I’m gonna have to practise on some poor unsuspecting flickr user!

Seeing as I’ll be doing all sorts of resource intensive things next year I thought it time I upgrade my desktop. Its not the highest spec computer in the world but its still a good little worker for 4 years old.

It has an 80gig hard drive and 512mb ram with a 3.6Ghz processor. I decided to make a start on upgrading it with a second hard drive. I can’t believe how much they’ve have come down in price since I worked in a PC repair shop. I bought the pictured Hitachi 250GIG and its lovely, so far.

I wanted an 80gig but their surprisingly hard to get hold of, they had one in stock but I wont buy another maxtor until Hell freezes over. (Don’t buy maxtors! I’ve lost one drive, my mates lost two, their bad!) I was going to get a 160gig Hitachi for
